If you receive a damaged product, please share clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We will either replace or refund the affected item.

3. Wrong Products

If we ship the wrong product, please contact us with order details and a photo of the received item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. To cancel, email us with "Cancellation Request - [Order ID]". Once dispatched, standard return/refund conditions apply.
